This agreement, entered into as of , 20 between (“Client’) and Caitlyn Farms Event Center, LLC (hereafter referred to as CFEC) at 286 A.R. Thompson Road, Mill Spring, North Carolina. The parties hereto, intending to be legally bound, and in consideration of the mutual covenants hereinafter agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement (“Rental Agreement”).
