This Contract is made and entered into this 21st day of June, 2022, by and between the City of Yorba Linda, a municipal organization organized under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, Yorba Linda, California 92886 (“City”) and S&H Civilworks, a California corporation, with its principal place of business at 1801 Hilltop Dr., Colton, Ca. 92324 (“Contractor”). City and Contractor are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Contract.
