This MASTER PRECLINICAL STUDY AGREEMENT (this “Master Agreement”) is effective March 6, 2008,(the “Effective Date”), between Introgen Therapeutics, Inc. (“Introgen”), and The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center (“Institution”), a member institution of The University of Texas System (“System”).
