(“ITUNES”), having its principal place of business at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, California 95014, and the legal entity associated with the iTunes Connect account through which this Agreement is executed (“COMPANY”), and is entered into as of the date on which this Agreement is electronically executed by COMPANY via iTunes Connect (the “Effective Date”).
