These General Terms apply to all Order(s) for Services accepted by us. These General Terms together with the relevant Order(s) will form the Contract between us once they have been signed by both of us. References in this Contract to “us” and “we” will mean International Telecommunications Equipment T/as SOS Communications “SOS Communications” or any assignee of ours and references to “you” will mean the customer named in the relevant Order(s).
