This Agreement is made as of the day of 2024, by and between the Village of Marcellus, a municipal corporation situated in the County of Onondaga, State of New York, whose principal address is 6 Slocombe Avenue, Marcellus, New York 13108, hereinafter also referred to as the “Village”; and the Onondaga Central School District of the Towns of Marcellus, Lafayette, Onondaga, and Otisco, County of Onondaga and State of New York, whose principal address is South Onondaga Road, Nedrow, New York 13102; hereinafter referred also to as the “School District.”
