The Property Owners Association of the Lakes of the Four Seasons, hereinafter known as the "Association," hereby adopts and establishes certain covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, and servitudes that shall run with all parts of the Subdivision and shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Association.
