This is an Agreement made and operative as of the 1st day of March, 2024 between the COUNTY OF PLACER, through its Health and Human Services Department, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as “COUNTY”, and Orion Transitional SLE, a Sole Proprietor, hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR.”
