Pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in this long-term moorage lease agreement (the “Lease” or “Long-Term Lease” or Long-Term Moorage Lease,” as the context may require), Hartstene Pointe Maintenance Association ("HPMA" or “Association” or “Lessor”) hereby leases to the above Lot Owner and Association Member (“Lessee”) the herein-designated moorage space at Indian Cove Marina. By executing this Lease, Lessee acknowledges that he/she understands the terms and conditions set out herein and intends and agrees to be bound thereby.
