THIS CONTRACT, made this 11th day of December year of 2023, by and between Hagerman Joint School District No. 233, Hagerman, Idaho (“the District”), and Donna Clark, (“the Certified Personnel”), provided that the Certified Personnel certifies that he or she has not received any state-funded early retirement benefit. Past receipt of such benefit makes the Certified Personnel ineligible for employment in a certificated capacity, pursuant to Section 33-1004H, Idaho Code, and automatically renders this Contract null and void.
