The United States of America, by and through the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section, and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York (collectively, the “Offices”), and OZ Africa Management GP, LLC (the “Defendant”), by and through its undersigned attorneys, and through its authorized representative, pursuant to authority granted by the Board of Directors of Och-Ziff Holding Corporation, as general partner of OZ Management LP, the Defendant’s managing member (“Board of Directors”) hereby submit and enter into this plea agreement (the “Agreement”), pursuant to Rule 11(c)(1)(C) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.
