This OEM Agreement is by and between Sphinx Technologies Inc. (“Licensor”), a corporation registered in the state of Washington, with a principal place of business at 19512 Evanstone Ave N, Shoreline, WA 98133, and Customer (as identified on the Order Form). This Sphinx OEM Agreement and the Order Form collectively make up the entire agreement of the parties concerning Product (the “Agreement.”) This Agreement is effective as of the Effective Date of the Order Form
