THIS INTERIM OPERATING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of Ripon (“City”), City of Ripon’s Successor Agency to its Redevelopment Agency (“Successor Agency”), the Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin (“Housing Authority”), the Department of Housing and Community Development (“HCD”), and the California Department of Finance (“DOF”). Each party to this Agreement shall be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties.” This Agreement shall be effective on and after the date it is signed by all Parties (the “Effective Date”).
