This agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Snohomish County, a political subdivision of the State of Washington (the “County”), and , a Washington non-profit corporation (the “Agency”), for the purpose of implementing and/or maintaining the Snohomish County Homeless Management Information System (“HMIS”) and is effective as provided in Section 16 hereof.
