AGREEMENT ON CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITYDecember 22nd, 2015
This agreement shall be entered into by and between entities for the valid period of the certificate based on Clause 9.3.1 of the “Law on Telecommunications” and Clauses 16.1, 16.9, 16.13.2 of the “Law on Standardization and Conformity Assessment” and shall ensure a performance thereupon. The Chairman of Communications Regulatory Commission /hereinafter “Contractor”/ and an entity having a certificate /hereinafter “Client”/ have agreed on using the certificate of conformity as follows.
