This Oracle Cloud Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between ORACLE Deutschland B.V. & Co. KG (“Oracle” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and (“You”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern orders placed under this Agreement.
