THIS AGREEMENT, by and between, or on behalf of the parties and in the capacities and status designated in Article 2, hereof, establishes rates of pay, wages, hours of employment, fringe benefits, vacations, and other terms and provisions concerning employment relations and collective bargaining relations and collective bargaining between or involving such parties on construction work in the State of North Dakota.
