SH Data Technologies (“SHDT”) and Customer have executed a Proposal for Colocation Services at SHDT’s FORT facility located at 550 Fort Summit Way, Knoxville, TN 37915, which incorporates this Colocation Service Level Agreement (“SLA”). The general terms applicable to such Services are contained in the Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) and incorporated into the Proposal by reference. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the MSA. This document identifies the Customer’s expectations and service performance levels that SHDT will provide.
