This SMARTLab Testing and Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of by and between (“Sponsor”) and Utah Valley University, a body corporate and politic of the State of Utah with its principal business location at 800 West University Parkway, Orem, Utah 84058 (“University”). The parties may be referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
