Borrowing Agreement Between Ireland and the International Monetary FundBorrowing Agreement • April 3rd, 2020
This Borrowing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between the Government of Ireland (“Ireland ”) and the International Monetary Fund (the “Fund”). Where specified in this Agreement, the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland (the “CBFSAI”) shall act as agent for Ireland in connection with the implementation of this Agreement, and, in those cases, the Fund shall be entitled to consider any request, representation or notification from or to the CBFSAI or any consultation with the CBFSAI, as constituting, respectively, a request, representation or notification from or to, or consultation with, Ireland.
