This Joint Use of Facilities Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 20 , between PACIFICORP, an Oregon Corporation, d.b.a. PACIFIC POWER and UTAH POWER, hereinafter “PacifiCorp,” and , a organized and existing under the laws of the State of , hereinafter “Telco,” mutually agree that the terms and conditions of this Joint Use of Facilities Agreement, hereinafter “Agreement,” shall govern the Parties' non-exclusive Joint Use of such poles owned by each Party and located in the State of Oregon as each may, upon application, permit the other to use.
