This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of March 4, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between Budget Phone, Inc. (“Budget Phone”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, with offices at 6901 W. 70th Street, Shreveport, Louisiana 71129 and Verizon North Inc., f/k/a GTE North Incorporated and Contel of the South, Inc., d/b/a Verizon North Systems (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Wisconsin with offices at 100 Executive Drive, Marion, OH 43302 (Verizon and Budget Phone may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
