This agreement is in effect for students who earned their degree from SUNY Nassau Community College at any time prior to and after the date of this agreement, unless the agreement is updated and the new agreement will be posted on the STAC web site. Students whose curriculum was substantially different from the curriculum in place on the date of this agreement will be evaluated to determine if the coursework meets with the spirit of this agreement since all students must satisfy all requirements of a baccalaureate degree.
