These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the SBM Magnet Secured Credit Card issued by SBM Bank (India) Limited (“Bank”). Activating your SBM Magnet Credit Card from the website / app or clicking on ‘Submit’ or ‘I Agree’ or any similar tab/icon would mean acceptance of the below terms and conditions by the Cardholder/Cardmember (“You” or “Your”).
