AGREEMENT OF LEASE, made as of this 16th day of January, 2002, between 40 EXCHANGE PLACE CORP., a New York corporation, c/o of Diversified Management, Inc. having its offices at 40 Exchange Place, 13th Floor, New York, New York 10005, party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as LANDLORD, and ON-SITE SOURCING, INC., a Virginia corporation, having its offices at 1200A Henry Street, Alexandria, Virginia 22314, party of the second part, herein referred to as TENANT (hereinafter referred to as the "Lease").
