2024/2025 STORAGE RENTAL AGREEMENT - EXHIBIT AStorage Rental Agreement • August 21st, 2024
The minimum contract payment for all storage is six (6) months, unless otherwise approved by the Association. The rates below are 6-month rates and begin on the date the item is brought in for storage. If a space is reserved and not used, Renter is still responsible for the minimum six (6) month payment because the space has been held for that individual. Storage is allocated on a first come, first serve basis. A two-month deposit is required to reserve a space and must be returned with the completed Exhibit B. The deposit will be retained in the event of cancellation but will be applied to Storage Fees due once the storage item is dropped off. There are no refunds for storage. Should a problem or situation occur, the CEO of the Association will review it, a determination will be made, and the Renter notified.
