This EULA is made between Cobham CTS Limited trading as Cobham Technical Services (a company incorporated in England number 4044609), whose registered address is Brook Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 2BJ, UK (“Company”) and the company, organisation or individual procuring the Licence to use the Software Material and, where applicable, Maintenance and Support (“Licensee”).
