This Agreement is subject to the TORTUS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) as updated from time to time and available at osler.tortus.ai. The Order Form and the Terms constitute a binding agreement between Subscriber and TORTUS (the “Agreement”).The Agreement sets forth the terms pursuant to which Subscriber will be permitted to use the TORTUS Services.
