which come into existence during the term of this Agreement, including but not limited to the Human Rights Code, and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act or Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act as the case may be as they pertain to the program for which the Grant is provided. The Grantee shall be responsible for obtaining any permits or licences required for the performance of its responsibilities under this Agreement.
