These terms and conditions (the "Terms") form an integral part of the Customer sign up form (the "Sign Up Form" and together with the Terms, "Agreement") providing for the agreement entered into between the Customer (as defined in the Sign Up Form) and Wundermart B.V. (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties"). By accessing, browsing and using the Platform and Services (as defined below) or any of our applications, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. The Platform and Services are owned, operated and provided by Wundermart B.V., subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
