Cal Alcohol and Other Drug Services, (collectively referred to as MOU) is made and entered into by and between Sutter-Yuba Behavioral Health (SYBH) a Joint Powers Agency operated by the counties of Sutter and Yuba and CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND WELLNESS PLAN (“CHWP”), a health maintenance organization, whose address is PO Box 1558, Sacramento, CA 95812-1558, (collectively the “Parties” and individually “Party”) in order to implement certain provisions of Title 9 of the California Code of Regulations (“CCR”). SYBH is the State contracted Mental Health Plan (MHP) for both Sutter and Yuba counties.
