In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and Special Aerospace Services, LLC located at 3005 30th St. Boulder, CO 80301 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "SAS"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
