(911 address) hereby applies to the Town of McBee for a water supply, to be furnished through a meter, for which service I agree to pay such monthly rate and minimum charge (whether the minimum volume of water is used or not) as may be established by the Town of McBee, in accordance with its published ordinances. It is understood and agreed that I will comply with all rate schedules, rules, regulations and ordinances of The Town of McBee in connection with this service; that the Town of McBee reserves the right at any time without notice to interrupt water service for maintenance, repairs, or extensions without any liability to me or other persons for damages resulting there from; that I will not allow any unauthorized connections to my water system.
