This Recreational Facility Use Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 21st day of August, 2024, by and between the City of Litchfield Park, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”) and The Odyssey Preparatory Academy, an Arizona nonprofit corporation (“User”). The City and User are the only parties to this Agreement, and they may hereinafter be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
