When this Northeastern State University Housing contract is signed, returned to, and accepted by the Department of University Housing, it establishes a legal binding contract between the student and/or parent or guardian (if applicable), and the Department of University Housing of Northeastern State University (“NSU” or “University”). Furthermore, the student and the parent or guardian (when applicable), agrees to respect and adhere to all policies and procedures pertaining to Northeastern State University on-campus housing, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable NSU publication, rules, policies or guidelines.
