This includes the following protected award conditions: rest breaks, incentive based payments and bonuses, annual leave loadings, public holidays, monetary allowances, loadings for working overtime or shift work, penalty rates, outworker conditions; and any other award conditions specified as protected award conditions in Regulations made under the Act.
