THIS MASTER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made on February 18, 2016 but shall be effective pursuant to Section 17 below, by and between REABAH, INC. doing business as NETWORKING TECHNOLOGIES, as well as doing business as TECERI TECHNOLOGIES, a Pennsylvania corporation, with all divisions having their principal place of business in the United States at 3910 Caughey Road, Suite 207, Erie, PA 16506 (the "Contractor"), and Wattsburg Area School District, having its principal place of business at 10782 Wattsburg Road, Erie, PA 16509 (the "Requestor").
