TOWNSHIP OF HURON-KINLOSS (the “Developer”) has requested and HYDRO ONE NETWORKS INC. (“Hydro One”) has agreed to perform certain work pertaining to the connection of the project described below, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Multi-Service Connection Cost Agreement dated this 10th day of May 2023, (the “Agreement”).
