This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete Commercial Agreement (“LWC Agreement”) by and between AT&T-22STATE and Cincinnati Bell Any Distance Inc. (“CARRIER”), executed December 3, 2009 hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, and shall apply in the State(s) of Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, South Carolina and Tennessee.
