Both parties hereby agree to sign this Agreement with attached “Terms and Conditions of the Internet Trading Services Agreement”. This Agreement is an inseparable part of the Account Opening Contract signed between two parties. This Agreement is made in two (02) originals in both Vietnamese and English with the same legal validity, each party keeps one (01) original to execute. In case there is any difference and/or conflict between Vietnamese and English, Vietnamese is prioritized to be applied for explaining this Agreement.
