This Data Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between the __________________________ (_____________, “Participant”) and the Regents of the University of Michigan, a nonprofit educational institution of the State of Michigan (“Michigan”). Throughout this Agreement, Participant and Michigan are individually referred to as “party” and collectively as “parties.” This Agreement will become effective upon execution by both parties to this Agreement as of the date of the first signature affixed below (the “Effective Date”).
