An authorized representative of must sign this Compliance Agreement for the Electronic Tax Returns Tax Year 2015 (herein known as “Agreement”). The Georgia Department of Revenue (herein known as “GADOR”) must receive this Agreement; prior to submission of any electronic tax return(s). All primary software developers, secondary software developers that create GADOR Electronic Tax Returns in their products must complete this Agreement.
