The Company agrees not to subcontract work which is exclusively performed by the bargaining unit so long as the Company has the equipment and employee skills necessary to perform the work in the bargaining unit within the time limits established by the customer and at the same cost as it could be subcontracted if such subcontracting will result in the layoff of any employees. This does not apply to utilization of customer film or other work which the customer wishes to have performed outside.
