This LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) of Seed Capital Investment MD (the “Partnership”) is made and entered into as of (the “Commencement Date”), by and among Seed Capital Investments LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “General Partner”), each investor who is identified as a limited partner on EXHIBIT A and who is admitted to the Partnership as of such date (the “Limited Partners”).
