This LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 15, 2006 (the “Effective Date”) by and between BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a Delaware corporation (“BioMarin”) and Alliant Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Alliant”).
