I, , acknowledge that I have received a copy of the Residence Hall Contract and ACCEPT the Terms and Conditions for Student Housing and do hereby contract with The Cleveland Institute of Art for the academic year of 2011-12. By signing the Residence Hall Contract, I also agree to pay the room charges associated with the type of housing assigned, subject to the terms and conditions of this contract.
