It is further warranted that he/she has the legal right to own the firearm(s) presented for consignment. Consignor further agrees to disclose all known flaw, imperfections, and modificationscon of the below-described firearm(s) and/or related accessories to Consignee, Montrose Auction, Inc. and grants the exclusive right to auction and sell on behalf of consignor said items through its various auction platforms.
