This Brownfield Reimbursement Agreement (the “Reimbursement Agreement”) is made as of April 25, 2016, among the Charlotte Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (the “Authority”), a public body corporate with offices at 111 East Lawrence Street, Charlotte, MI 48813; and Spartan Motors USA, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, with a business address of 1541 Reynolds Road, Charlotte, MI 48813 (the “Developer” or “Spartan Motors”). The Authority and the Developer, collectively, shall be referred to as the “Parties” throughout the Agreement.
