This Disclosure and Agreement is given by you in compliance with the Electronic Funds Transfer Act (15 U.S.C. Section 1693, et seq.) and Regulation E (12 CFR205, et seq.) to inform me of the terms and conditions of the SchoolsOnline banking services described in this Disclosure and Agreement. At the present time, you participate in several types of services that may be accomplished by electronic transfer that are described in the "Credit Union Account Disclosure" which was provided to me at the time of opening my account with you.
