Available to a Customer on Rates 623, 624, 625, 626, 632, 633 and 634 or their successor rates who has a sustainable ability to reduce its energy requirements through indirect participation in the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc. (“Midwest ISO”) wholesale energy market by managing its electric usage as described by the Midwest ISO. The Customer or Aggregator of Retail Customer (“ARC”) shall enter into a written Standard Service Agreement (“Service Agreement”) in the form attached hereto as Attachment A (Customer) or Attachment B (ARC) to curtail a portion of its electric load for single or multiple meters through participation with the Company acting as the Market Participant (“MP”) for the Customer/ARC.
